FCAA is the first Bulgarian Journal published by Springer-Wien and Versita-Warsaw. Since January 2011, Volume 14, they are the new co-publishers of FCAA.
The back volumes (vol. 1-13, 1998-2010) are available for free at the old FCAA websites: www.math.bas.bg/~fcaa , www.diogenes.bg/fcaa
For the volumes since 2011, "Springer" have the exclusive rights to distribute and sell FCAA,
in both printed and electronic version (at SpringerLink). To arrange your subscription to "FCAA" journal,
you need to contact now the "Springer" regional officers.

The Editorial Team of FCAA (Thanks to Profs. I. Podlubny, I. Petras, T. Skovranek) found out that if FCAA was indexed in JCR for 2010, it would have an IF=1.00 and would be at about 50th place of the top ranked 250 JCR journals.
